Privacy Policy
CrowdPinch Limited values your privacy. This policy outlines how our shared corporate services handle personal data across all five operating divisions in strict compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and global privacy practices.
Data Collected by Division
To deliver tailored corporate services, we collect personal and institutional information:
Corporate Core & Site Visitors
IP addresses, cookies, name, email address, and phone numbers via multi-step intake forms or Calendly links.
Wealth & Matchmaking Clients
In compliance with anti-money laundering frameworks and the Special Control Unit Against Money Laundering (SCUML), we collect corporate incorporation filings, Bank Verification Numbers (BVN), National Identification Numbers (NIN), and investor accreditations.
Note: We collect this to verify your identity before making introductions, never to manage your funds.
Agribusiness & Project Management Clients
Site blueprints, geographic coordinates of farms, corporate supply chain financial statements, and vendor agreements.
Coaching Clients
Corporate organizational charts, executive assessments, and team feedback data.
Information beyond initial contact details becomes relevant during a live client engagement and onboarding — the website enquiry form itself asks only for what is needed to route and answer your enquiry.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is centralized inside a secure CRM managed by our IT & Business Intelligence founder. It is used to:
- Verify identity under mandatory Nigerian KYC regulations.
- Provide tailored operational, legal, and financial advice.
- Fuel the Cross-Divisional Referral Engine (e.g., notifying our Agribusiness desk that a Wealth client requires value chain optimization).
- Process professional billing, invoices, and corporate updates.
Strict Non-Custodial Data Silos & Access Control
While data lives inside a centralized parent CRM, we enforce strict internal data silos and role-based access controls to maintain client confidentiality and prevent conflicts of interest:
Staff members inside the Investment Matchmaking division cannot access raw, private net-worth statements stored by the Wealth & Assets Advisory desk without explicit client authorization.
Your BVN and financial identities are encrypted using AES-256 standard encryption keys. They are never visible to field operatives or general contractors in our Project Management or Agribusiness divisions.
Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures
No Selling of Data
CrowdPinch Limited will never sell, lease, or distribute your private information to third-party marketing companies.
Strategic Introductions
In our Investment Matchmaking division, your company data rooms and pitch profiles will only be shared with institutional investors or capital providers after you grant explicit written permission.
Regulatory Compliance
We will disclose data to Nigerian regulatory bodies (e.g., EFCC, FIRS, or courts of competent jurisdiction) only if legally compelled by a valid subpoena or official statutory mandate.
Your Rights Under the NDPA
As a data subject interacting with CrowdPinch Limited in Nigeria, you retain the following rights:
Right to Access
You may request copies of any personal or institutional data we hold about you.
Right to Rectification
You may request instant correction of inaccurate financial or operational records.
Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”)
You may request that we delete your data from our active CRM systems, provided there are no active consulting contracts, uncompleted projects, or pending statutory auditing requirements.
Privacy Policy Updates
CrowdPinch Limited reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be published immediately on our main website with an updated revision date.
